EXCHANGE

If the size or color you ordered is not suitable, you can exchange it in the following way:

  1. Place a new order and pay for it.

  2. Then, return the originally ordered item.

RETURNS / Withdrawal from the Agreement - Downloadable Form

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you took possession of the purchased items.

  2. To do this, please fill out the form above, which you should send along with your readable signature together with the returned item to the address: Dress Up, Suwalska 6/39, 65-548 Zielona Góra. This form is necessary for our accounting to confirm that you indeed wish to return the item.

  3. If you purchased several products and are returning some, please include a photocopy of the receipt with your shipment and form.

  4. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from use that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

  5. The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, we do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery or "e-parcel."

  6. In the case of withdrawal from the agreement, I will refund all payments received from you, including the lowest available shipping cost for delivering the products, within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment methods used in the original transaction. If the payment was "cash on delivery," the refund will be made to the account specified by you in the form.

  7. Remember to keep the proof of sending the package to the store when returning, as this will protect you in case it gets lost.

  8. Refunds due to withdrawal from the agreement are made only via bank transfer. You will not incur any fees related to the method of refund.

  9. If you received a free gift with your purchase, please return it along with the return.

  10. If you received a discount on the next item, we will deduct the value of the discount from your refund.

COMPLAINTS - Downloadable Form

  1. You have the right to file a complaint under warranty if a physical defect in the product is identified within 2 years.

  2. For this purpose, I recommend using the form above, which, after filling out and signing clearly, you can send along with the defective item to the address: Dress Up, Suwalska 6/39, 65-548 Zielona Góra.

  3. The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, we do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery or "e-parcel." If the complaint is resolved positively, the store will cover the shipping costs.

  4. Mechanical damage, material wear, and defects resulting from care not in accordance with the information on the care label sewn into the internal seam of the product are not subject to complaint.

  5. The complaint will be processed within 30 days, and I will inform you immediately via email.

  6. Before placing your order, please familiarize yourself with the size chart and compare it with your clothing. Also, check how the same color of the material appears on different devices/screens, as it may slightly differ due to graphics card parameters.

  7. Remember to keep the proof of sending the package to the store when making a complaint, as this will protect you in case it gets lost.

  8. Refunds for complaints are made only via bank transfer. You will not incur any fees related to the method of refund.
